The title picture revealed

Post by allworld80 »

Week 2 finds Mauro Mina and Willie Pastrano squaring off for the IBF LHW Championship. Each week until the title eliminators are resolved, the belts will up for grabs between computer controlled opponents.

The remaining belts will be put in play between now and week 6, where the title eliminators will begin, and then the managed fighters will finally get their crack.

Just remember this. Winning is everything in Sim, and no one remembers 2nd place.

What does it take to be number one? Two is not a winner and three no one remembers...

Sounds fair enough. But my question is, when is the overall ratings going to be posted among the human controlled fighters?

After week 3, the first performance rankings will be generated. And as always, the sanctioning bodies won't release their rankings until after week 10.

Yep. WBU will be the same, ranking of 15 or below to challenge. And the title holder can't contest for other titles while having it.

Sounds good. So, in order to compete for the other four titles, you have to drop the WBU title? Personally, imho, all five titles being unified would mean a true undisputed champion. Oh well, the WBU champ could always drop the title and fight the WBA/WBO/WBC/IBF champion [if that ever does happen].

Yeah, the WBU is the definition of a fringe belt. Something for the 2nd round picks to fight over.
