Who's the best fighter you've ever watched live?
Vitali Klitschko, Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson, Joe Calzaghe & Ricky Hatton (on the way up)
Saw Canadian Chris Johnson box at the Elephant & Castle a few years ago. He looked a bit special back then.
Also saw a US fighter called Robert Allen at York Hall back in 1995. He went on to be IBF middleweight champion and boxed Bernard Hopkins twice I think.

Eubank against Gary Stretch at London Olympia - Gazza was there.
Seeing Eubank close-up was spectacular, I particular remembering one left uppercut in one of the rounds that was sensational to see, and the finish combo - uppercuts, hooks with both hands, off his feet!

Re: Who's the best fighter you've ever watched live?
Mayweather
Up and coming - Martin Murray looked special from the very start. I remember in his second, i think it was, fight he smashed some guys eye socket, a devestating punch.

Re: Who's the best fighter you've ever watched live?
UK wise - Naseem Hamed by a distance.
Followed by Herol Graham.
I've only missed a couple of Ricky's fights throughout his career and the Zoo fight has to be up there.
It's a toughie for me because I'm an old git, and I've been watching boxing home and abroad since the late 70's.
I would love to see Scrap's post on this thread

Re: Who's the best fighter you've ever watched live?
well ive never been abroad to watch boxing , YET.... plans are afoot to go to copenhagen , seen loads of froch fights and hes probably the biggest name ive actually been to watch . although who knows in the future it could be pascal or dirrrell whos a bigger name . and i suppose a trip to copenhagen means kessler becomes my biggest name ahead of froch . id like to watch haye next time too but i gather its damn expensive compared to other fights , not a big deal for me as id want to go still but my brother usually comes and im not sure hed be willing to pay .
Re: Who's the best fighter you've ever watched live?
Steve Collins for me, went with me dad to see his fights against Neville Brown and Cornelis Carr.
Seen Souly M'baye in his prime against Kotelnik in Paris.
Seen Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez in Califonia last year, wasn't at his best that night but hopefully he will be one of the greats so I can say I saw him
