Williams has looked like bambi on ice in his last few showings and Sextons jab will tear him apart. 6th round Sexton win.

It was a real shame that this isn't in Norwich any more as with Sexton and the Walsh brothers all on the bill there would have been a massive local interest. Although I feel pretty safe in betting that there will still be a huge turn out of fans from Norfolk.

This comes back to the issue of how Sam behaved in the first Rogan fight - in my opinion he took gamesmanship right to the brink by dropping his gloves and beseeching the referee to help him out, and seeing how things went later on, I'd bet Rogan regrets not giving him a bit right hand to seal the deal. A man with real heart would have rather lost than cowered like that!

The Walshes took 300 from Cromer for their debut, and about 250+ mixed in with Sextons fans for his fights against Chisora. I'm very much looking forward to the 13th though.

He's lost to people a lot worse than Sexton.. Sam is a good fighter with good skills!! You don't find many heavyweights with Sam's speed,Skill and combinations either, He's really come on in the last 12 months and has really dedicated himself and it's starting show in his results now!!

Williams has already provided us with many an entertaining fight and some cracking moments. He's never going to do anything, maybe not now, but he has already done plenty.

Sexton should beat him but I hope Danny goes out and gives it a real big last effort.

I like Sexton. The fact he has trawled all over Europe seeking out quality sparring is very impressive.
For his relatively young age he has a good deal of experience already and becoming British Champ will only boost his confidence further.

Thats fair enough, he has been massively frustrating at times over the years but he has gave us a few entertaining nights too(and yes, some pretty dull fights also along the way).

After the Potter fight alone, I can't imagine even his biggest critic would want to see Williams 'blown away' though.

Ideal scenario for me is Williams going out in an exciting fight, maybe pulling off one last win against the odds and then hanging them up for good.

Exactly. Tyson fought two more rounds, hard, walked down the ring steps and all the way to his dressing room, then the next day we're supposed to buy him being pushed around in a wheelchair?

The "one last time" angle is exactly why I compare it to what Roy Jones is trying to pull about his Danny Green defeat. I just hope that never becomes accepted, like the Tyson excuse.

This is a really good card and hopefully Warren keeps this standard up in 2010, will be great for people watching live too especially if they can get a decent opponent for Mitchell.

What impressed me most about the Tyson-Williams match up was the fact Danny shipped punches from Tyson that would have blown away any of Britians recent heavyweights, bar Lewis and including Haye, yet he took them and come back and took Tysons heart(fair enough a badly faded Tyson who didn't really want to be fighting, yet he looked well up for it when he was on top)
