real deal is in 41st ish, i predicted that tapia would lose cause of age and inactivity, nearly. i told enzo on the phone to knock him out in the first, he let me down there

i told knockout (matt) to tell delaney 2 rounds is enough for him. he let me down there

Yes well done Stu. good start, Real Deal bad week for him, but it's early stages, this time last year he was ahead though!!!

J was up there last year at this stage but dropped off when he missed a week.

10th for Bollocks who won last year. Even I've manage to start in the top ten this time round.

Never too later, I do monthly prizes and sometimes weekly prizes as well as the top 5 getting a prize at the end. May also have most correct getting a prize if the are not in the top 5!.

Was thinking of doing a £5 registration year and having some cash prizes for those interested but was told it was a bad idea.

Hey this is a good site. My only little niggle at it is that there are too many fights to predict on. There are fighters who we never get to see on the TV, so therefore a little unfair.

I'm 33rd by the way, with 6-1 and 60 points.

Pretty decent start so far.

I have won prediction tourneys in the past, allthough nothing major like this or sofaboxer.

I think Alex the idea behind including obscure fights from the Republic Of Congo and such adds a little bit of a wildcard feel to the whole thing, a bit of research is required into the participants strengths, weaknesses and previous bouts etc on Boxrec to help with these predictions and therefore lends a bit to chance.

cheers stu, im looking out for topper tho he won the howtizer league and was 3rd in boxing predics!!! good form that, anyway its not how you start its where ya finish hey! Ive no doubt ill end up fading into mid table insignificance once Kev brings out the big names of the Thai / vietnamese and venezuelan boxing scenes!!

Small point of trivia, Boxing is not allowed to broadcast in Singapore apparently.

Other than that it was a great place

Yes great start Bigped, top score this week. Could still be up there at the end depends how predictions go.

Juicyjoo takes the lead, followed by J, with StuJones dropping to 4th. Last years champ is in 6th so far.

Real Deal is struggling in 64th, after last years great start.

Only six fights next week, a few more the week after.

Jesus - If it wasn't for the judges, or Alex Sanchez not surviving the course. It would have been a better round from me. Still contented, went off a bit to quick but I rather have a pace maker infront.

I like this site, it's good. Is it mostly boxrec members playing this? If not, lets have a boxrec member win it!

Well, last week I gained 60 points and was in 33rd place, this week I gained a dissapointing 30 points and dropped to 47th.

But, my record is a nice 12-2 and i'm still in a fairly healthy top 50 position, and there are not that many points between me and the top 10.

I will be back!

Yes plenty of time to go. Only six fights next week, was going to put in a couple more British ones, 10 rounders but left them out in the end. Next week should have a few more fights
