On what grounds would you rate Blanchard over the likes of Bep Van Klaveren or Luc van Dam?

Definitely Bep Van Klaveren. He beat Ceferino Garcia, was supposedly robbed vs Young Corbett III in there first bout, and also beat Kid Azteca, Kid Tunero and Baby Joe Gans, along with several top European fighters.
