Bika vs Allan Green Feb 5th

Post by Hounddawg »

Well it's about time, heard the rumors late last year, just hope this doesn't get cancelled, it would be a real kick in the guts for Bika.

This could possibly be a super six eliminator as well, which would give Bika some juicy matchups.

I have Bika winning by KO 9.

It's an excellent match up. Both guys have power and neither likes to fight defensively. Green is rangier, but Bika is tougher. I think Bika will win as I have more faith in him, and he impressed me with the way he beat Codrington and Manfredo. Allan Green is very inconsistent. One minute he looks awesome, the next minute he looks awful.

With the right game plan I think Green could outbox Bika, but it's a 12 round fight and I don't think Green will avoid trading for the duration. I can't wait for this fight. :!: :DD

this is a good start to the year. :TU:

The inactivity is an issue I have with Sakio, plus he lacks defense sometimes. Coddrington was supposed to outbox him..... remember what happened there. Green is more experienced of course, so I reckon it is going to be a big ask.

will do my best to see this one.

Is Bika's IBO title on the line?

Bloody oath!! If they can get a decent card together a $20 PPV wouldn't be out of the question...

Bika will win this. Green has never defeated anyone remotely close to Bika's level. He struggled against far lesser opponents.

Plus, Green has no experience watch so ever in 12 rounds fights. Kind of pathetic for a guy with 30 fights on his record.

Green is mentally weak and his chin is questionable, I think Bika will get to him late.

Jermaine Taylor officially withdrew from the Super Six, so it looks like this is likely to be the qualifier for the Super Six, Especially since HBO want to sign Bute to a 2 fight deal (which may include Hopkins)
