Audley lands European title shot

How do you think Harrison will fare? Personally, I think he'll struggle against Sosnowski's workrate. Decent match though.

I think Audley can win Sosnoski is mobile and fast (for a HW) but AH has a lot of height and reach on him and I see him using it well to win on points closely

Anyone question quite how Audley justifies this shot. Remember Martin Rogan was rejected by the EBU and he beat Audley.

Was thinking the same "Prizefighter" did overrate him as his 3 wins were against fairly poor opponants and he didnt look convincanlly doing it

i cant believe people on here are remotely interested in this muppet who has let himself and his fans down time and time again. go away harrison.
its a good job for him he is a heavyweight - this division tolerates the worst of this sport like no other.

I know, it's weird, isn't it? A couple of years ago I was entirely disinterested. But his Prizefighter crack made me look again. Maybe I feel a bit sorry for him. But I like him now. Mad, I know.

He's shown that he will continue to fight with the most boring style in the division (bar haye vs Valuev). Paw paw paw paw paw etc, left hand (misses), paw paw paw etc. It's horrific to watch and I won't be watching it.

Audley to get KO'd. He can't fight fighters who come forward. He was getting pushed around by Coleman Barrett. Who isn't as big or powerful as Sosnowski.

Sosnowski isn't great. He has enough power to be able to KO Audley. The punch he KO'd Danny with was decent. All he needs to do is keep coming forward. Audley stamina is terrible and Sosnowski looked in great shape against Vidoz.

Sosnowski spends most of his time in England. So if the fights here he won't be bothered by that either.

my money is on audley to get stopped, but it might take the pole about 8 rounds to do it, audley will be shit scared, will be gun shy apart from that straight left counter.

i am convinced audley will get exposed, once again, and hopefully that will be the last we see of the tv licence money thief !!

yeah im in the Sosnowski KO camp too. It really doesn't take much to beat Audley, and Sosnowski, while clearly not great, has shown he has enough guts and throws enough to keep audley in his shell and KO him somewhere around round 7.

I would honestly like to see Audley get a good win here, but, he has probably seen Sosnowski KO Danny Williams and wont be willing to engage in battle! Just see it being another frustrating Audley performance.

what more do you need from a prizefighter champion...?

he knocked out two opps with one punch :box:

i like where this is going

if auds can do it..then we'll have possible Auds V Sexton/Skelton/Chisora/Williams for the Euro/Brit/Commonwealth crowns ...winner will definately get a shot at Haye in London

im so exciting :bag:

Well the fact that this is a VOLUNTARY defence and the Pole has picked Audley says it all.
Clearly the Champ doesn't see him as a threat.

I expect it is more to do with the champs links to Hearn and a decent Sky backed payday. Might be that this was already lined up when Hearn put him on at York hall.

Harrison has done eff all to deserve his shot. A very low quality matchup for the EBU title. Both have seriously inflated records and it is somewhat galling to see two bottle jobs who have always looked for the easy option fighting for a prestigious title

On another note, this highlights yet again that in boxing it's never over until it's over and how quick fighters get written off after a loss.
