It is sad news to announce that Jack Dillon has been critically injured in a car accident earlier today, and subsequently has had to retire from Plastic Scouse Promotion's stable.
A witness reported that Mr Dillon was doing a casual 30mph when a lilac Ford KA appeared on the wrong side of the road and hit him head on.
The witness was able to write down the registration of the Ford KA, 4D4MjNOO8, and the police are hoping to bring justice to Mr Dillon, sooner rather than later.
In the mean time, Mr Dillon will fight Jean Pascal as a farewell fight, despite his critical condition. Such as the man he is, he is willing to fight one-armed, and give his fans a last hoorah.
In other news, Jaime Rabaca, head of PSP, has announced that he will be signing Philadelphia Jack O'Brien for the start of week 8.

We protest this unilateral action. It undermines the fabric of trust that has flouished within these simulated hallowed halls. We call on the commish to impose fines and penalites, and afterwards perhaps conduct an investigation.
