needs to get his freak on pretty quick to make any kind of impression now. I feel he's wasted too much time now to really make a dent, but maybe the lack of time will give him more incentive for some decent opponents.

He needs to move up now .
With Calvin Brock beating Etienne he's been left behind by a guy who was a fellow Sydney Olympian and one who toatlly bombed there .

I was telling my friend i think harrison will go all the way to a genuine world title fight. I was trying to assure him of this after the dull fight against Julius Francis. Im starting to feel more and more embarrassed for saying that every day

He is apparently recovering from a hand injury and in the process of relocating to the USA.

that´s his problem. he still thinks he is the world´s best. but he did nothing but one step forward three steps back..... all other guys developed. but IMO it was too late for him to come to the pros and is now too old for a "youngster" he is no Ottke who did it with 31 years i think.

It's over before it even began IMO...Audley will continue to kid himself he is the best in the world and he is "on his way to a world title" but suddenyl he will realise it has all passed him by, as the mighty Pink Floyd once wrote...."And then one day you find, 10 years have got behind you, no one told you when to run...you missed the starting gun"

If his heart is still in it (if I'm honest, I don't believe it is anymore), then there is only one real option left for Harrison. He has to take some risks, big ones too. He's got to go for meaningful names as soon as he's fit again, anything else just won't do this late in the day. I still feel that he has enough talent to beat most of the fringe contenders, but a legitimate world title is well out of reach. I can't see him ever being able to cut it against someone like Vitali (limited as he is).

You are all lucky chappies. I was writing a bloody novel on this before I tried getting into the EBU site and my computer was shot down.

Basically then, I don't think Audrey's finished (from point of view of opportunities.) Even if he doesn't fight again until May, I think he should fight 4, maybe even 5 times this year. He has to aim for European title in order to push his ranking with 'credible' bodies up significantly. A fight with sinal sam would be required, assuming he doesn't fight sprott, williams or skelton in order to push his EBU ranking up.

If all else fails, what's the record for WBF defences?

Shit, sorry, another idea.

He should fight the winner of Sprott/Koc.

Since more than a year I doubt Harrison will make it to an EBU-title-fight. the doubts got bigger and bigger. the best "name" on his winning list is Julius Francis.......

Unfortunatly Audleys amateur career was littered with injuries as well, not a good sign.
