Good bill in Germany 26th feb

Three world title fights all of the 50/50 variety. Not a fan of some German fighters but that is really good bill. Think Kohl overtakes Warren as best promoter in Europe for this one.

the Hamburg card is real good, three world title fights. Alle Achtung, Herr Kohl!

i am hoping that there will be a heavyweight clash in fall. Valuev-Ruiz (WBA) and V.Klitschko-Sam (WBC) plus maybe W.Klitschko-Byrd (IBF) at the ArenaAufSchalke with 70,000 spectators. at least the fight of Vitali in this Arena is in the mind of Saierland. he already talked about it.

regarding the next events over here i am more interested in the two heavy fights next saturday, Sam-Clay-Bey and Valuev-Levin. they have to perform well to get a title bout.

you are right, its is a great card.... i would pay to get into any of the three events on there own.....

the fact there are three great genuine world title matches on one card is extremely impressive...

i dont think Warren has managed anything like this since

Ingle V Botile
Calzaghe V Woodhall
Santos V Sinclair
Freitas V alicea
Marinez V Pickering

at the end of 2000....... and even those matches were no way 50/50

Yes, excellent card - I hope Eurosport show this on a delayed coverage. I looking down the line its one of the bills I am most looking forward too. Only hope we get to view it.

Warren's cards dont even compare these days. There used to be some excellent bills in the late 90's. To illustrate how downhill they've gone Gomez is topping the bill at the MEN soon. Not trying to be disrespectful to Gomez but if he's topping bills it should be venues like Wythenshawe not arenas. Rip off central!!

D-Man and Tiozzo are both inactive old guys now.... it could either be close thriller or one will just fall apart a la RJJ...

Looking good this one.

The Mexican Zarate is hard to make out - fights no one then goes over to Japan and wins the WBA world title. The German/Ukrainian challenger looks a tough one though

This should be an interesting fight as you say, Zarate had been a Pro for eight years and sprung up from now where to take the title off Hideki Todaka in Japan. He has two losses but early in his career on points so not too much to read into that...i have the fight with Todaka in on video off my Japanese trader but not watched it yet, might take a look before making a choice on the prediction league. My instinct says a points win for Sidorenko, unbeaten prospect in Germany...need i say more

Michalczewski looked pretty sharp on TV the other week, he's definitely motivated.

Also his scars seemed to be healed more now. In the Gonzalez fight it looked he had been in too many wars..but maybe this break helped him.

Tiozzo is very beatable, this is the least 50/50 one I think.

I tell you who is still very sharp - Silvio Branco. Mr Tiozzo must have performed bloody well to beat him if it was a fair decision.

Tiozzo has dominated the later rounds and knocked him down but it was a close decision. i just watched a short tv special. on the other hand Branco was knocked out by Ulrich and doesn´t get younger...... I think Darek will win on points or late KO..

Branco fell apart at the end when he got nailed but he was easily beating Ulrich up until that point with his quick jab and good footwork. If D-Man and Branco fought tomorrow I don't know who I'd pick.
