Good to see Stevie back out on the undercard of the Lee McCallister fight in Glasgow.

I thought he was robbed against Mcgee and hoped he hadn't jacked it in following that fight.

Decent fighter who I would like to see back in the mix.... how about McGuire vs Quigley in an eliminator fight.

However, disagree with your view that he was robbed against Magee.

I thought Magee was below the belt more than once.

With all due respect Ive never been impressed with Stevie, seen him from his 8th fight onwards and not once did I think "wow". In saying that, without pros like stevie the boxing world wouldnt tick over, so I wish him all the best.

Didnt Magee knock him out?

I feel Quig would beat Mcguire fairly handliy you know. Still, a decent match up as an eliminator.

McGuire was the one who started the fouling, he went low before butting Magee. Magee responded in kind; if you can't take it don't dish it out. Anyway, Magee was the better fighter it was only a matter of time before he stopped McGuire.
