spinks - judah tonight

Post by dandantheweatherman »

Hello,

The Spinks-Judah rematch tonight, what do any of you think the result might be....I seem to remember reading somewhere that Judah made a slow start but had Spinks in trouble at the end, which suggests Judah might spring an upset. Or that Spinks knows what to look out for and ought to box smartly enough to win.

Personally I fancy Spinks on points. Might have a bet on it.

its gonna be another close one i imagine!!!

hard to say who will make the necessary adjustments better......

maybe spinks under rated Judah first time, maybe Judah showed Spinks too much respect?????

Judah has had more time to get comfortable at the weight too......

Been thinking that myself. Spinks will need to hurt Judah early if it starts where the last left off, with Judah going for him. Has he got the power to do that? The knockdown in the first fight was very much a flash knockdown (though a legit one nevertheless). I have a feeling Judah's power may get to him by the middle stages.

Spinks did the right thing and got 12 rounds before this rematch, he's going to need every bit of fitness and skill he has to beat Judah over the distance. If he manages to KO Judah it might well surpass the Mayorga win (which technically he should have lost anyway).

Must be good to be a US boxing fan: big title fights every weekend where you don't know the winners. :TU:

If I was betting on this one I'd have the same. I favour Judah TKO 7.
