Could Brook not fight Jennings in March?

would be a lot better and jennings injury should be healed in time
Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
I doubt that fight will happen now.leforge wrote:Could Brook not fight Jennings in March?
Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
Jennings should fight ODonnell then, I pick him to win that.
Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
Chisora did stop Sexton, whereas Fury got a gift against McDermott

Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
Does Skelton still fight on the bill?
Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
I'm gutted for Sexton too, something about the 13th? Dun, dun, dun!!! Also there was a big army of Norwich fans all ready to get behind him. I heard ticket sales in Norwich was the biggest yet for a Sexton fight!!Stiff_jab wrote:Sexton has susstained a hand injury leaving him unable to fight for the british title on Feb 13th. I personally am gutted for him.
Is'nt this the second big fight to be called off on the 13th? Does anyone know who is left on the bill apart from the Walshes?

With Chisora now taking on Williams instead, granting Chisora wins - I can see Sexton vs Chisora 2, for the British soon. Sexton would have Chisora's number this time, as Sexton has come on leaps since their fight, winning the southern area, prizefighter and the Rogan wins, showing superior boxing skill and growth through them all. What sort of level has Chisora been fighting at? Humm??
Looks like the heavyweight scene in Britain could become the apex again soon. The young guns - Sexton, Chisora, Price, Dallas, Fury and Olubamiwo all showing promise!!
Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
I would have rather Chisora vs Skelton stuck, I think this is a bit of an uncalled for change just to make amends for the bill and get the British contested for. I think Chisora should really be made to fight for either Southern area or English before getting a crack at the British, he hasn't even been scheduled for a 10 rounder yet??! -He hasn't won anything of note and the only decent thing he did was beat Sexton who was a different class then, to what he is now. Fury deserves this more then Chisora, at least Fury won the English Title even tho it may have been dodgy!!d wrote:Hearing Chisora is in against Williams.
Better than the original fight i think.
Looks like FW has worked his magic on his golden boy and is lining up an easy fight and one that if Chisora win's to a blow over Williams, won't really tell us more about him?
Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
I've a feeling that the Sexton numbers were boosted dramatically by the 300 so tickets sold by the Walshes through the same source, though you're right when you say that there was a big army of fans coming down from Norwich. A large percentage of these will still be in attendence aswell!!terrez wrote:I'm gutted for Sexton too, something about the 13th? Dun, dun, dun!!! I would love to see the Sexton Chisora rematch although with Franks stable starting to flounder i'm not sure that it will happen in the near future.

my mistake, leforge wrote:Mitchell v TBA, what happened to mcdonagh v Gavin? The Cleverly fight improved the quality alot Brook for Wbo inter title has no real appeal.
Frankie is still fighting McDonagh
Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
That doesn't take into account that Fury was given a gift decision over McDermott, though. I'd say Chisora is the better candidate.MatthewS wrote:according to Boxrec... not as much as Furyleforge wrote:Does Chisora?
Edit: Just read that Gobbles said it first.

3 title fights and some decent prospects......not a bad bill at all imo
I would not expect you to say anything less.
It's ok for free to air SKY - much better than some of the other 'offerings' we have had.
Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
What a tool is Chisora just said Danny got no heart on buncey show!
Re: Sexton v Williams OFF
There's a poll on allegedly.net for this fight. Interesting results so far...
