Saunders out with hand injury

Billy Joe Saunders will not be appearing on the Feburary bill due to a hand injury.
Saunders injured his hand in his december fight with Lee Noble, reports say that he hasn't been able to punch with it in training since.
Hopefully its not a too serious problem and he'll be back in the ring soon.
