Tyson dropped Berbick 3 times with one shot!
Do you mean a fella was dropped for 10, the ref stuffed up and allowed it to continue only for the same to happen again?

Re: Some trivia
Almost exactly that, except the timekeeper stuffed up and the fight continued. The downed fighter has a brother who, it is claimed, knocked out Tommy Hearns in sparring.Coco wrote:Tyson dropped Berbick 3 times with one shot!

The tale of two fights. The fight was waved off in the 11th round, Lopez and his team in the ring celebrating victory, then it was like Dempsey-Willard all over again and Ayala was eventually knocked out again in the 15th.MachoMan09 wrote:Versus Mike "brother of Tony 'The Greatest Prospect of All Time'" Ayala.

Ayala failed a dope test after yeah? Nice family!
Re: Some trivia
He admitted years later he had fought on heroin, which you don't know whether to believe or not. The fight certainly ruined him (and probably the timekeeper, who was blamed for the 11th round disaster).Coco wrote:Ayala failed a dope test after yeah? Nice family!

I'm trying to resist looking the team up as well, i can't remember the bantamweight from the games, think he did win a medal, but not gold.
you might be right about Randolph, 1980 does sounds about right for his world title win
