PS Khan owes Warren nothing, they had a business relationship, which Warren nicely profited from

he will fight 2 or 3 more bums under GBP before a proper ruck.
It's funny you say that, because Khan is probably going to fight Maidana next. I think the deal is pretty much done.
he aint, thats the point here, warren done the deal, roach did not want the fight.. he has publicly said as much.. and then instructed khan't to move to GBP so they can set another fight up.

i will bet you any money you care to wager that khan't does NOT fight maidana next.
My point is the fight has ALREADY been agreed. It will probably take place on April 17th. So all your bulls**t is just that.

Running scared of Maidana.

Not at all, Cotto - it is well know I mashed down Hatton for the last 7 years re: his stance on Witter.

I fully understand and agree with Counters point.

"GBP have better contacts"

How is that when Frank has stated Amir was about to get the biggest purse of his carreer against Bradley and it would have happened in the UK on HBO or Showtime!! I find it ridiculous that GBP could push him further than Frank did?? I suppose they could have brought him back after what happened in the Prescott fight too

People bring up ther Calzaghe situation but let's get it right, He was paid fortunes for fights against no ones!! Mario Veit in Germany he was paid a reported 2.1 mil for a fighter he'd ko'd in 1 round previously!! Paid a huge sum for the Lacy & Kessler fights of which the latter the promoter lost 500k on the show alone. Frank built Calzaghe up and he admits as much in his book!! I quote "I couldn't even pay my mortgage when I first met Frank" "everything changed when I went with Frank" so to say he's owed how much is a bit of an insult if you ask me cos who else would have made him a millionaire and would have kept him unbeaten like Frank did?? As people have stated he should have gone the states earlier?? Ok I'll take onboard your point, He goes 3 to 5 years earlier and bumps into Jones or Hopkins he get's beat!! I rate Calzaghe BUT he would never have beaten a prime Jones or Hopkins that's just a fact for me!!

I've already said this decision is down to Freddie Roach!! I wouldn't be surprised if he was getting a nice bonus from GBP for Amir signing with them :shame: At the end of the day if Amir get's flattened again the way he did against Prescott then we'll see who can take him further then and we'll also see were all his new friends are too.. As for GBP comments on him, They said exactly the same thing about Victor Ortiz and look where he is now.. I think this is a bad mistake by Amir and I predict it'll all come crashing down and he'll end up going back to Frank..

Although a good soundbite, Duff (along with a couple of pals) had the game stitched up 20/30 years ago and boxers were only given opportunities if and when he decided.

It's hardly all "come crashing down". He's lost a close, debatable decision against a fellow world-rated contender. And will most probably come back, win another world title and eventually avenge the defeat.

Since leaving FWP he's fought Malignaggi, Maidana, McCloskey, Judah, Peterson. All top-10 rated. GBP have matched him well. And by "well", I don't mean against alphabet mandatories who they know will come and get bowled over in a couple of rounds. I mean against fellow contenders who fans want to see.

I don't think Khan will be regretting his decision.

Lol at Warren thinking anyone has an obligation of loyalty to him.
