Can McCullough do it?

I've been readin his daily journal on irish-boxing .com and I just can't see him doing it. I think he needs to go to a training camp and lock himself away. He goes shopping with his wife every day and she holds the pads while he hits them. He probably bangs her out of it in the gym instead of training. Yes, he has trained with Roach, but not every day. And we all know what kind of fighter Larious is.

I'd like to see Wayne do it but he's just going to show heart and chin in this fight. That's all. He's at his natural weight, but he's against one of the best at this weight (best if guzman can't make it anymore) and he needs to get the finger out as far as training with his family goes IMO.

I would say No, anyway. However, I do believe this is how Wayne has always trained. Always had his family involved, it didn't do him to badly vs Morales etc.

Just don't think he has had the best preperation (in terms of previous fights) to be competitive. It will go the distance, but I think it could be a drubbing. Wish him all the best though, I hope he proves me wrong - he's one of my faves.

I would like Wayne to win but I think he is in for a long tough, punishing night, ending up a points loser.

Larios will become the first man to stop McCullough IMO I have gone for round 9 in the prediction league...McCullough is a good honest guy but a nearly man for me, always come off second best in the big fights. He cannot keep taking a beating and surviving. Larios TKO9.

I have a feeling this will be the outcome too. I know Larios isn't known for being a devastating puncher, but at some point a referee is going to intervene and say, enough's enough. McCulloch has stated that if he gets badly beaten, he will probably retire. If he is financially secure, which I don't know, then I hope he does. He could easily get work on TV and already writes well. I would have thought he'd be a great conditioning coach too, judging by the fantastic shape he always gets himself in.
