Whether you’re a first-time visitor to Brent Cross or an old hand, here’s something you may not know: the nearest Tube station to Brent Cross shopping centre is…Hendon Central.

Confused? Well, let’s just say that Brent Cross as an area was here long before the shopping centre was built and it has kept its name. You can certainly get to the shops from Brent Cross Tube (simply take one of the regular buses or follow the signs; it's a 10-minute walk) but it’s quicker and easier from Hendon Central.

Simply exit Hendon Central and cross the A41 Hendon Way at the lights. Turn left by the HSBC Bank and continue walking south down the main road for a couple of minutes. You’ll soon see a footpath on your right, which brings you out near Topsy Turvy World. Cross over and take the walkway through the multi-storey car park and you’ll soon find yourself in Mall 5 inside Brent Cross, with over 120 stores waiting for you!
