I don't think you can look past Barrett for this one. Admittedly I hadn't seen him box before Prizefighter but he looked decent and was probably beating Harrison till he got sparked. He is more active, younger and this is a good chance for him.

Kenna on the other hand has been through a rough time in the ring the past few years and hasn't fought since November '08, he isn't a spring chicken and hard to know what shape he will be in. He has been in with some good ones the last few years like Sosnowski and Platov but I think Barrett will be too fresh and snappy for him.

Kenna will put up a good fight and should go the distance but Barrett should nick it by a few rounds.

I doubt either are gym rats to be honest. Sure Barrett should be fitted and in better condition he has much experience with anyone with any quality and Kenna has been in the ring with a lot better opposition.

In truth both are pretty poor but at least it is an opportunity for the title to change hands.

Bill, when your team can afford to pay it's players come back and see us. You're going down and soon out of the cup.

I think that because of all the other Irish Title fights that Colin has supposed to have had in Ireland only to be cancelled, some at the last minute. And judging by his last few performances and the will that Barrett showed in Prizefighter I would pick Barrett to KO him if the fight came off.

Just to clarify - so its not something you have heard specifically about a current fight e.g. he's not training, he's got an injury etc.

Just checkin like!
