Steeds vs Gammer ??

Post by magnus »

I've just noticed that in last Friday's Boxing News they have scheduled the above contest for Feb 18th in Brighton. I've heard nothing about this elsewhere - in fact I thought Gammer was due to fight either Krence or McDermott next.

Does anyone know anything about this? I'm thinking it's a mistake - but it would be an intriguing contest if it took place.

Wow - thanks for the quick response mate. This could be a great fight - both boys have unbeaten records and can punch a bit.

Fair play to Scott Gammer for taking a risky fight with a British title eliminator on the horizon. Also, kudos to Mickey Steeds as Gammer has had twice as many pro contests.

Good match Mr Pyle!

I also noticed this - I thouht it was well worth mentioning in the news section. This is a good fight in the early stage of their careers.
