Damn it!! You almost had me there.
I was literally seconds away from giving you the answer........but then I remembered the last time I gave you a link to the all-time ratings. I got a mild, light-hearted ticking off from an editor, and you never even said thank you.
I'll give you a big clue though. One, some, most, or all of the top ten might, or might not, be Americans.

I'm not posting a link to the rankings again, off the site, or on it. There's just too much potential for pointless debate, which I don't think anyone would thank me for. The editors don't want them to be public, and that's good enough for me.
Having said that, all you have to do is search the forums, because a link to the all-time rankings has been posted before, more than once, and by more than one person. You could start by looking at the threads you've posted on; all you have to do then is play with the address a little until you get what you want. That's how I did it, and I'm sure that's how most people did it.
Incidentally, why do you want the all-time rankings? There's really nothing shockingly special about them.
