Mike Tyson...

Nearly everything he hit a man with would put him down, whether singular or as part of a combination.
His career illustrates this.

Tyson is one of the few boxers who has explosive power in both fists.
I would rate Tyson

Floyd Patterson...

The man with easily the fastest hands at HW, and perhaps a bit south of that too.. he could put a man down with his savage volleys with either hand, but he could also land a singular instantaneous blow that would fell a big man.

Patterson KO power isn't as powerful as Listons.

Archie Moore was the greatest Knockout artist of all time...
He had explosive power in his eyes.
Moore would definitely get a 10-10 (if this werew light heavyweight)

Agreed, so was leonard's. He could bang with both hands and I would put Patterson and leonard in the same group. Though I don't hate Patterson more than cancer.

It does say, "The Big Punchers," in the thread title, though. There's (often under-rated) power in the fists of Juan Manuel Marquez, Floyd Patterson & Ray Leonard, but I wouldn't consider any of the three as among Boxing's big punchers.

Agreed, based on the topic title, Patterson would not be a fit, but that left hook he hit Ingo with to regain the title was forever memorable.

I do consider Duran, Hagler, and Louis to be more attrition punchers than pure KO artist.

Duran was a menace and he routinely floored guys with single shots all the way up to 168. He was incredibly accurate and that added to his power, but not an attrition puncher.

Hagler I would have to agree with you, but at the same time he took out guys like Antuofermo & Hamsho that had never come close to being stopped.

I don't consider him to be in the same league as the guys you mentioned. But I would definitely include him in a top 100. He really upped his alltime standing in a lot of categories for me with his stoppages of Casamayor & Diaz.
