Turpin-Robinson I venue error
Turpin-Robinson on July 10, 1951, was at the 18,000-capacity Earls Court Arena and definitely NOT at the smaller Empress Hall, a much smaller venue (long gone by the way) that was adjacent to Earls Court Arena. ... I did extensive research on the first Turpin-Robinson fight for a retro article in Boxing Monthly some years ago and funnily enough I have only just noticed the venue error on BoxRec.
