There are some glaring mistakes, but, if I'm honest --- compiling a list this exhaustive myself, I have to suspect one could say the same of my handiwork, somewhere along the line.

Congratulations on a superb list... If someone wanted to learn about boxing, certainly you would show them that list and ask them to watch each of the fighters at least 3 times... :TU:

The inevitable thing about a list as extensive as this, is that everyone will disagree with the pecking order. :TU:

NO-ONE will have 400 boxers in the seem order. :shame:

I am going to comment about these fighters and your ranking of them...
(sorry to nitpick, but it's all part of the game, dude. :shame:

8] Ali & 9] Louis
People will always disagree about these boxers... (Especially with Ali) and the old arguement of who would win? Is a burden in both of their legacys.
In my opinion Ali should be in the top 5

11] Charles & [121]Jersey Joe Walcott
Charles and Walcott are usually measured in equal footing... (Maybe Charles acheivements are more impressive due to his Light Heavyweight exploits, but generally, Walcott is considered the greater Heavyweight).... But a gap of 111 places is incredible... :shame:

14] R.Leonard
Definitely in the top 20 of all time... Personally I'd rank him a little higer.

17] Moore
Would be in my top 10. :TU:

19] Tunney
Tunney is rated far, far too highly...

20] Jack Johnson & 31] Marciano & 32] Jack Dempsey
Johnson in rated too highly.
Dempsey rated about right.
Marciano should be rated higher... The PERFECT record against a good quality of opponents. :TU:

39] L.Lewis
This is nothing short of a scandal... He wouldn't be in my top 50. :shame: In my opinion, the most overrated Heavyweight of all time.

47] Holyfield
Should be ahead of Lewis. :TU:

48] Mayweather Jnr
Floyd in your top 50, eh? HMMMM.

53] Calzaghe
Should be in the top 50, in my opinion.

54] Hopkins
Rated very highly, perhaps justly.

63] Dick Tiger
:TU: One of the forgotten greates, he would be in my 50-100 too. :TU:

64] Conn
A very under-rated Light Heavyweight. :TU:

70] Kid Chocolate
Would be rated in my top 50. :box:

73] Cerdan
:TU:

74] Jeffries
Way, way too high... :shame: Shouldn't be above the likes of Tyson, Frazier or Foreman. :TU:

89] Tyson
Should be higher. WAAY higher. :TU:

91] Liston
Maybe a lower...

113]La Motta
Would be in my top 100. :TU:

114]Foreman & 115]Frazier
Would DEFINITELY be in my top 100.

119]Pacquiao
A modern day legend.

162]Toney
Wouldn't be in my top 200. :shame:

174]McGuigan
Maybe could be in the top 160. :TU:

185]Hamed
Rated too highly. Maybe his standard of opposition could be questioned.

198]Eubank
Too high.

255]Norton
Too low. Liston shouldn't be 150 places above him... :shame:

266]Monaghan
I'm a little biased as he was a friend of my grandfather. But I'd put Rinty in the top 200. :TU:

271]Tszyu
:TU: Very underrated. :TU:

304]Jose Torres
Should be in the top 200 EASY!

327]Castillo
Should be higher. :TU:

346]Ottke
His record alone in is the only thing that carries him up to here. :TU:

365]Wlad Klitschko
Shouldn't be entered. :TU:

397]Kessler
DEFINITELY should not be entered.
He won the world title, then lost it... Won it again, then lost it again. :shame:
Are you going to include Chris Byrd as well. :shame:

If you think Calzaghe should be in the top 50, why isn't Mayweather deserving?

I would pit Mayweather in my top 50.

If Pacquaio beats Clottey and then beat Mayweather, he's going into my top 50...

I don't care what anybody says. :TU:

No way, no how, no Sir is Calzaghe above Mayweather, all-time. Guys, please stop analysing the last two or three years of current boxers' legacies.

An obvious disparity in actual ability aside, Mayweather's career, taken as a whole, is dramatically better than Calzaghe's.

Thats a great effort :TU: . Personally i think the gap between Floyd and pac is too great and Honeygan over Curry? Surely you dont mean Lloyd Honeygan, hes far too high IMO, superb effort though

I never supported the idea of Louis or Ali being legitimate top-10 all-time, either, but to each, his own.

I don't think Calzaghe should be top 50, seeing as he only really stepped it up for the last couple of years of his career.

Mayweather should be top 50 by now, top 15 if he beats Mosely and Pacquiao.

I think Pacquiao is already top 20, top 10 if he beats Clottey and Mayweather.

I disagree, Joe did enough in his career to be up there.

But I reckon his record will diminish if he loses his 0 sometime in the future. :TU:

I agree... He rates higher than Barrera or Morales. :TU:
