If the record is carefully reviewed, it was GoldenBuzz Promotions who first suggested that Greb be allowed to compete and requested management options over his career. Though much of the historical accounting of BRS was damaged in the great "John Shep button pushing incident of 2009" that portion of the record still exists. My Client raised the issue in the very early going and asked for sovereign control of Greb's LHW Sim career at that time, and at the time overuled as Greb was not allowed to compete by ruling of the current commish.

Precedent in legal matters is a very important dynamic. And we understand that decisions already made can seldom be unmade. So though Maxie's future may lie with SAV, Greb's future would be well tended to by perhaps the promotional organization that has the biggest name recognition in the business, AND is on the record as requesting his recruitment before any other. We cite the case of Finnegan vs Magillacuddy to be considered as this review process moves forward.

Yes yes of course. And our fate is to pick up with whatever we have, never give up, and continue to endure until we persevere.

Hmmm, not sure how to be more straight forward about this...

Please kind sir, kind commish sir, let TubeSockCock Promotions, one of Sims all time best promotional companies take control of Harry Greb. We have never ducked anyone and would continue to fight the best, and worst the SimWorld has to offer.

I don't think any elite fighter should just be given away to the manager who argues the best.

TF's idea for a tournament for the right to manage greb is a great idea and the fairest way. Pink feather also want the chance to manage greb so let's all put our best fighter forward to battle it out for that right. It would give the season a huge boost with the best fighting the best and eliminate ducking for the time being. Hell even let fox be involved with his titles similar to the way Froch and Kessler did in the super six.

This has been put forth as a "make your case" event by the current honorable commish. Don't be attempting to create ambiguity by promoting confusion.

The tournament idea was put forward by the commissioner but nobody agreed cos there are too many sissy managers who want an easy ride.

Not a bad idea...sort of affirmative action for those without a calendar or a watch.
