both of the guys are on holiday this week so the sound is a bit off. thats propably why its not being posted up here like usual. its also not on itunes yet. its also 17 minutes long this week compared to the usual 30 minutes. still its good of the guys to do it when they are both away.

Also, I'm looking at Carl Froch, Kev Mitchell and Bernard Hopkins this week live on the BBC London 94.9 show.
Kev was on the show before he became the overnight sensation!
