I enjoyed the doc. Especially liked hearing from Lyle, who was always a very articulate guy. It's good to hear he has retained all of his faculties. Ditto with Shavers, who seems to have slurry speech but mentally is doing very well (and Earnie had a LONG career and was never a defensive master)

On second viewing, this is an exceptional documentary. Every boxer is a story in his challenges and battles. And Ali is almost secondary in the platform that he provides to those he inversely made great. See it if ya can.

This is now being sold on Amazon for £14 as a Region 2 release by a Dutch company. It has a little Dutch writing on the case and there are Dutch subtitles but these can be turned off. The rest of it is all in English. It is region 2 so it will play on UK and European DVD players.

this might be the best boxing documentary ever. hearing the stories of the fighters interviewed as well as showing the way they planned to defeat ali was perfect. if you haven't seen this, ali fan or not, get a copy or watch parts of it on youtube.
