According to boxing-central, Denmark's Allan Vester is the comeback opponent for Eamonn Magee on March 18 in Belfast.
Magee is making a miraculous return to the ring after his left leg was smashed to pieces in a vicious street attack a year ago. He jumps (pardon the pun) straight into a 12-rounder.
Vester for hobbling Eamonn...
I don't think Vester has a lot left, he was taken apart by Judah on the night Tszyu fought Urkal and looked pretty slow, no shame in losing to Judah of course but if i remember correctly Vester was taken apart by an average Polish fighter soon after. Magee by KO i think, but not a bad comeback fight overall.
After the Judah fight he quit vs Branco. He also lost a fight on cuts. He cut KOed in Germany vs a pole on the undercard of Larsen vs Haussler. Had he won that he would have fourght Urkal. His latest loss came in Florida vs a journeyman for the NBA title where he was KOed, havent see that fight. Latest fight, and first fight at welter, he KOed a czech journeyman in 6.steve689 wrote:I don't think Vester has a lot left, he was taken apart by Judah on the night Tszyu fought Urkal and looked pretty slow, no shame in losing to Judah of course but if i remember correctly Vester was taken apart by an average Polish fighter soon after. His best win was in his 10th(?) fight, a KO 12 over Augustus, Augustus basically threw himself down with 8 secs to go of round 12, Vester were clearly leading the fight
Sounds like Augustus did a Thomas "Into the Tank" Williams, Freiheit?Freiheit wrote:After the Judah fight he quit vs Branco. He also lost a fight on cuts.
