I deleted it. I'd prefer if it wasn't discussed on the forum please Guys if that's okay.

Many Thanks.

Not frowning, just politely asking. :TU:

I'd prefer it, as it's safer (similar to not smoking near a dynamite factory, or giving Spud sprouts for his tea).

Technically you wouldn't be breaking any rules providing only facts are discussed (I've sought legal advice on this).

After discussions with the boss, I was actually in the wrong to delete it.

Anyway, I'm off to lurk some more.

My intention was not to post anything, but best to put this one to bed.
I'm only posting because Boxingchat has taken it upon himself to publicise the fact.
Yes, I was asked to leave by Mr Warren.
Yes, it was due to my comments on this site.
Saturday was Mr Warren's Promotion, and I fully accept his right to have present anyone he wishes, and by the same token, to exclude anyone he wishes.
So, that's it.
Not sensationalism, in fact quite a boring subject, so please all just move on, as I am doing.

I'll leave others to consider that mate.
I'm a very genuine person and I would like to think that my posts are well thought out, and not posted maliciously.
Obviously on this occasion it is perceived that I have failed in that regard.
Anyway, I consider it to be over and quite frankly I have more important things to worry about.
Like I say I fully respect Mr Warren's right to have whoever he chooses at his Promotions, and also to exclude whoever he chooses.

x2. Even after all these years I'm still incredulous that someone as successful as Warren is so remarkably thin-skinned when it comes to criticism, especially when it's from 'nobodies' on the internet. His responses such as threatening legal action, evicting individuals etc just him look small-minded and petty.

You are entirely correct. Your earlier comments about the chap are entirely inaccurate - that's why it has got to this stage. This and our utterly ludicrous defamation laws.

Is it just me, or does Boxingchat come across as some sort of sniveling little toadie?

Warren wouldnt keep a dossier of online 'slights' himself - that would be the tea boy's job...

Ive always liked Rhodes, even More so after his victory over Moore (gutted at the time being a fellow manc) but you have to respect the man's determination, hope everything works out for him.

That's it...bit less subtlety for the likes of me. The Law should confirm that the latter statement is indeed, in legal terms, 'fair comment'. Weird how the law (not 'The Law') works, eh?

Well you've taken that remarkably well...come all the way down to London, one of the few bothering to turn up to a watered down show, then get "asked to leave"......for WHAT exactly?

Bizzare & paranoid behaviour? Not sure how he knew who you were, I expect the toad boxingchat helpfully pointed you out, tugging on his bosse's sleeve? Hope you got your money back? Looking at the show, I think they did you a favour.

Don't be ridiculous. And I'm more aware of the sensitivities than you are, believe me.

We should be allowed to express an opinion within the limits of the law. If you're going to be effective as a mod here (a very difficult job), you need to to get a grasp of defamation law. I'm not trying to be a twat (I don't need to try, I know :D ) it's just that you're living proof of the 'chilling effect' that certain people have achieved through litigation.

Then again, until you do get a grasp of this (not as difficult as some people think) then a blanket policy is best - though very, very depressing.

Mighty,
I think it's time just to let this settle.
It is also only fair to point out I didn't buy a ticket, I was there with Ryan using a pass.
Mr Warren is aware of my idenity as we have met before.
I have no idea how he knows my identity on this board.
I'm not going to get wound up by the loss of a tank of diesel.
Let's just move on lads - and talk about the sport we love, Boxing.

When Rhodes moved to Hayemaker, you used this board to give FW and Boxingchat dog's abuse.

And your point is ?
That's your opinion and you are entitled to it.
Just to clarify Saturday's events were not even remotely connected to Ryan Rhodes in any way shape or form.
The comment to which he took exception was nothing to do with Rhodes.
Having said that you never disappoint Dogbreath, just wondered why it took you so long to comment.
I think you need to take a good look in the mirror and read your posts over the last decade before you start to have a go at anyone else for quote "abuse".
Back to boxing lads.
