Tyson says he'll be back
Did anybody see on setanta they had Tsyon talking about B-hop while the fight was delayed. Tyson certainly knows his boxing history, thats for sure. but he said he would take 2 easy fights and then fight the big boys. I hope he wasn't serious because he has nothing lift.
Would you pay to see Tyson fight two bums?

I certainly would not fork out for a PPV to watch a shadow perform
That being said, if the guy can get back in any sort of condition and his mental and physical state are deemed satisfactory, I think he deserves the chance to fight on and reduce hs tax bill
There are plenty of people out there who will pay to watch and plenty of "names" he can bundle over without any fear of losing.
Unfortunately, if he builds up a winning run, someone will eventually put him in with a live body and he'll get torn a new one.
Tyson deserves better than that

It will be interesting to see if any PPV money can actually be squeezed out of Tyson.
Now that the guy who beat him up has been humiliated by the top dog will the guy on the street finally see him as a has-been?
He will always have a name. Any young up and comer will be going all out to do a Danny on him and it's clear he doesn't have it in him to dig deep when necessary.
He looked pretty trim at the fight but for the first time he really looked old to me, like the middle age guy he almost is.
I reckon he's going to cash out his fame - maybe fight Bob Sapp in Japan for a mountain of that K1 Yen, maybe a reality tv show, heard that he might be in the next Sopranos series. I can't imagine boxing will be a big part of his future.
UNLESS - and i have a horrible, horrible feeling that someone somewhere is trying to arrange this - He fights Holyfield who i'd expect to agree to meet him. The fact is it's the biggest and most winnable fight left for both of them.

Tyson says a lot of things. He has been making statements about being more active for years but it never happens. Tyson will keep dragging the reminents of his skills in to the Boxing ring because he needs the money. This is a crime in itself when you think of the millions he has earnt over the last 20 years.
He will maybe KO a few C-level fighters and the Tyson faithfull will start thier "Tyson is da man" rantings again then start making excuses for their faded hero when he loses to a motivated B-level fighter.
The other sad thing is that Tyson understands Boxing as much as anyman on this planet. He is also a great Boxing Historian and deep down in the dark recesses of his soul knows that he is in the same place Ali was around 1980 and where Louis was around 1951.
History indeed repeats itself.

Your right about that mate, Tyson = money which is the main thing he keeps rolling on, just recently you had Buddy McGirt saying he can be the next world champion, only because McGirt is training him everyone knows in reality he is shot to pieces. I admit i brought Tyson-Lewis & Etienne and Williams...god im weak
Tyson-Holyfield III would be a sick fight to make, some people would but it though i suppose but certainly not me.
According to Fightnews, com Tyson has been seen talking to Bob Arum.
Promoter Bob Arum also spoke to comebacking former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson about a possible promotional relationship when both were in attendance at last Friday's Top Rank card at the Ft. McDowell Casino in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

Danny says he would give Tyson a rematch would it happen though? When Tyson's been beat the only guy he had a rematch with was Holy.
