I seem to be in the minority on here in terms of Groves. Obviously he has talent, but I think his power is overrated.
Adamu is a very risky call at this stage. I`m all for tough fights and maybe this sort of thing is what a young prospect needs. No shame in having a loss on your record early doors if you can learnfrom it and come back stronger. You learn more that way than just knocking over easy targets.
I hope he proves me wrong, but I am just not convinced by him yet. If Adamu gets up for this fight and takes it seriously, he could pose Groves a truck load of problems, especially later on when Groves may have punched himself out. Adamu is not an easy man to stop, in fact I don`t recall him being stopped. He gave Froch nightmares for a while in their fight and old Frochy couldn`t shift him.
Very interesting fight and I`ll go for an Adamu late stoppage.

Re: Groves v Adamu
Great matchmaking by Hayemaker there! Adamu is very tough and will teach Groves a lot but it is a very winnable fight for him and it's for a title. Will be a very good fight to watch.
