Where does he get all this new info from? Eric is upfront that it is 'gossipy' but still I scour the net for boxing news but this is mostly new to me. Vic Darch possibly competing in UFC? Morales poss playing Vincente Salvadir in a Howard Winstone biopic? Martin Lindsay from Israel (IBF ratings)? Kali Meehan promoted from no3 to no2 WBA following ......19 months of inactivity!

terrific stuff Eric :TU:

Eric is the trainspotter's trainspotter, I'm telling you.

He could - and should - write a book about the boxing boards alone.

I dread to think how much time a week he spends watching shows. He offers little anecdotes from small hall stuff in Uruguay, etc :o

When I started in the business in 1984 Eric provided info on fighters for a small fee - I've still got his typed notes on fighters, they are priceless.

Adios.

I started reading his stuff in Boxing News in the late 70's. Pure gold.
