"How Do you Do it" Jerry and the Pacemakers
How do you do what you do to me?
I wish I knew
If I knew how you do it to me
I'd do it to you
(Might be worth getting in the ring after the first two verses though  )

Nobody Wants You When Your Down and Out - Bobby Womack

But unquestionably the best, presuming the fight is on a Friday.......

FRIDAY I'M IN LOVE - THE CURE.....

Though I did like MW's It Started with a Kiss - Hot Chocolate.

No disrespect, do you not find that it distracts you from your pre-fight focus, not a judgement, a question.

However, if it was a saturday night this would be a cracker.

Saturday night's alright for fighting.

It's getting late, I haven't seen my date
So tell me where the boys get in
It's seven o'clock and I want to rock
Want to get a belly full of beer

My old man's drunker than a bar full of winos
And his old lady she don't care
My sister lookin' cute in her braces and boots
A handful of grease in her hair

Don't give us none of your aggravation
We had it with your discipline
Saturday night's alright for fighting
Get a little action in

Get about as oiled as a diesel train
Gonna set this town alight
`Cause Saturday night's the night I like
Saturday night's alright alright alright

pppp...packed pretty tight in here tonight
I'm looking for a woman who'll see me right
I could use a little muscle to get what I need
I'll drink a fifth of jack and scream out "she's with me!"

A couple of the sound that I really like
Are the sounds of a switchblade and a motorbike
I'm a juvenile product of the working class
Whose best friend floats from the bottom of a glass

Don't give us none of your aggravation
We had it with your discipline
Saturday night's alright for fighting
Get a little action in

Get about as oiled as a diesel train
Gonna set this town alight
`Cause Saturday night's the night I like
Saturday night's alright alright alright

Don't give us none of your aggravation
We had it with your discipline
Saturday night's alright for fighting
Get a little action in

Get about as oiled as a diesel train
Gonna set this town alight
`Cause Saturday night's the night I like
Saturday night's alright alright alright

Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday,
Saturday, Saturday, Saturday Night's Alright

Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday,
Saturday, Saturday, Saturday Night's Alright

Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday,
Saturday, Saturday, Saturday Night's Alright

Just read the post again, and didn't realise that you sang the song.

Hopefully the Magees fights end early and Sky show a bit of your crooning 8)

Big Daddy B took the Hobson fight on very, very short notice and gave a great account of himself, rocking Hobbo a few times. In fact, that was his second best 'performance' of the week if I remember rightly, the first being the petite blondy he took home and pleasured some 3 nights before.

I go for Bobby McFerrin 'Don't worry be happy'.

Always look on the bright side of life?

I'm gonna get you baby,
I'm gonna get you, yes I am

Why waste your time,
you know you're gonna be mine,
