Scotlands had very little shows over the past few years also
only really dinner shows that have been on.

I thought last year was a busy year for Irish boxing. I think Peters has a show scheduled for April sometime and there was talk of a Tommy Egan show in the Citywest soon enough aswell. Think about it - Macklin should be home at some stage this year to fight again, Andy Murray is heading for a EBU crack, Andy Lee will be back and possibly James Moore and Duddy. The Hyland's are all hitting the top of the EBU ranking now aswell so I'd expect there to be another show involving them.

last year was the busiest year in Irish boxing for over 50 years - and thats a factoid! Most Irish fighters fight abroad in March (US mainly!), Egan has a show for April and Peters has one for May with McCloskey.
