Rocky Marciano and Ted Williams

Look at Marciano's Forearms.

Look at the size of Marciano’s wrists as compared to Ted Williams’ wrists

Yes. And that looks like a young Norman Schwarzkopf next to him.

I wonder what they were up to?

there has been no trashing. Stop with the complaining and just let others actually enjoy your contribution. It's good stuff.

Here is an example of the posts which collins and his crew have been putting on my threads in order to trash them.

buz missed deleting this one before he locked the thread.

Kym,

The only way to get an answer to your questions from granberry is to tell him there will be an undraped photo sent his way when he does.

It worked for me. I no sooner offered him a picture of me wearing nothing but a smile than he was filling my inbox with exciting PMs and purring like a pussycat!

granberry, I really want to see you continue to contribute to this forum. I feel that way for just about everyone here. If you will agree not to attack others, I'll clean this up and let this conversation continue. But if you go on another rant you will be formally warned again. I can do no more than to sincerely communicate my wish that you continue to be able to offer what I consider to be welcomed contributions. But if you can not operate within the rules by refrainng from your attacks I can do little to interfere with the consequences that have been made clear. Same goes for others. (You know who you are).

If you wish to have a good faith serious conversation on this subject just PM me.

Gran, I just took down the offensive contribution you referred to. The reason I DON"T delete your threads is that I happen to like the content and am happy to preserve the good portion. But to be fair it's not just "others" that foul them up. And unless you and C2 can get over your mutual reactionary disdain, I'm afraid there may be only one of you standing at some point soon. And that will be based on who breaks what rule and when.

It really would be great if one or both of you could actually find and use the "ignore" feature. Then we could get the good offered up from both of you.

possibly, I'll leave it for now, clean it up a little later and hope I can get folks to drop the insults, a behavior that is required here.

BE A MAN, buz.

Admit that you allow collins and his crew to trash every thread I post.

And then you gleefully lock the threads.

Here is a drop in the bucket:

Sadly your assertions are not all true. I did not lock all of them, we have other mods besides me. However I don't think anyone did what I wouldn't have done myself had I seen what was going on. And I did lock most of them. And in each case you or someone else broke a rule. So as a good ref I'm trying to reach out to the various combatants and ask that they follow the rules.

I'll even make you a deal.

1.Cut the attacks on others in all cases.
2. Notify me if someone has broken a rule in one of your threads.
3. I'll clean the insult or trolling and warn them. And you can go about your business.

However you have to have a little bit of tolerance for humor, and just because someone disagrees with, that's not an insult. You'll have to be able to recognize the difference. I'll say it again, I appreciate your input. But to me an insult to another contributor is a broken rule regardless who engages in it.

So if you equate a just and fair approach to "being a man" I imagine I will meet the criteria.

Stop trying to reason with him, Buzz.

It has been tried before. Dozens of time. And by far better men than you.

He doesn't seem to understand that when you start a thread here you have to expect other people to add their opinions. That is the way it works, isn't it?????

If he isn't interested in hearing opinions other than his own, you have to ask "Why is he here?".

The word "trolling" comes to mind.

If he needs an example of how a successful thread works, he need look no further than "Name that tune" started by yours truly.

Plenty of fun being had in there. No crying and whining and belittling fighters or fans.

wsbuf,

buz is 'offering an olive branch' only because I publicly called attention to the fact that he has enabled collins to trash every thread I post

(and then he gleefully locks the threads).

At this point buz doesn't know if he is coming or going.

He locks a threads, unlocks it,

removes his own posts from threads.

I would have no reason to trust him in any way with his long track record of enabling collins to follow me around boxrec and trash every thread I post.

FYI, I'm the one that locked most threads. Some I cleaned & opened, others I left to die.
Cheers
