im very critical on how healthy a fighter looks & when you first started out i felt you crashed it of to quick & i can finally say you look strong phisically.

To be honest mate it was cold, I warmed up and I train in the body armour stuff so it keeps the cold out and the heat in, Really good stuff, I had the leg stuf on too!! To be fair to Paul he ain't drawn in the face at all, Me and Swifty seem to look drawn in the face the closer it get's.. I don't think Im ever going to be of them big ripped up guys but the hard work is paying off and I've trained like a maniac for 10 weeks for this so hopefully I'll have a little bicep at the end of it..

I just can't wait for this to come, It's gonna be a fantastic night for the city and all the fighters involved, Won't be long till Liverpool has more champions too!!
