Joe Calzaghe may indeed have earned a title shot Neri, "destruction" was the right word for the performance.

However I have bad news on that score, Sav outlined his intended defences... Here, in short, is the conversation that Sav and myself had.

Sav, I reckon these days you have a schedule to keep...
Nowdays, you have lined up opponents for maybe the next three weeks (should you continue winning)

Week 22: vs Tommy Loughran
week 23: vs Bob Foster
week 24: Jack Dillon?

Will you stick with this rota? :D
To which he replied:

Sav had promised to fight Foster before mandatory week.
And he considers Dillon to be his most dangerous contender...

Who knows what will happen? :)

Good man SAV. Surely Spinks is in line for a rematch before Calzaghe though?

Surely not. Here is my case.

Calzaghe fought Fox all the way back in Week 15, Spinks only just had his opportunity in Week 20.

Although outclassed Calzaghe went the distance with Fox. Spinks was annihalated in just five rounds.

Recently Calzaghe has demolished Carpentier and the dangerous Sam Langford to back up his claim for a title match even further. Calzaghe simply deserves his shot sooner rather than later.

Pushing another SSM fighter down the queue. Poor show of loyalty. :shame:

Annihilated? Stopped on cuts while even on the scorecards.

Spinks has beaten the dangerous Ezzard Charles and reversed one of his losses in devastating fashion. He also holds a win over Joe, and is ranked higher.

After Fox is finished with Gibbons, Spinks is the most deserving challenger out there. There's no disputing the truth Neri.

Well I was going to retort to this but it seems Sav has made up his mind.

In our favour.

Hey, it's up to the champ. No complaints here.

We all know Spinks is more deserving than Calzaghe though.

We don't all know that because I disagree and judging by his course of action so does Sav. :P

Charles would like a rematch at some point, since he offered a rematch to Spinks. Also....you won a MD, wouldn't call that devastating!

Anyhow, funny how when Calzaghe lost to Bivens on a cut, he cried like a bitch. Now he wins on a cut, when he was dropped in the round before and down on the cards............funny....no rematch offer to Langford...........

A win is a win geto. Calzaghe is in line for a title fight and once he wins  he has no problem with giving title shots to Spink and Langford. Charles is clinging on to top 10 status at the moment so I don't think he will be eligible by then. SOrry.

So then a win is a win for Bivins....see how that works out.........

It works out fine because we have bounced back and earned a title shot. :TU:

We don't need Bivens or Charles anymore.

No probbs 'geto (btw, the 'devastating' win was referring to his 1st round KO of O'Brien)

Your going to get mopped again and everyone knows you are a ball less fag for ducking Charles twice. If you have no balls in a sim, I'd hate to see what it is like in real life......

Agreed. I think Greb will be the one to defeat TJF. ALthough we have the utmost confidence in Joe of course!

One thing that can definitely be said is... Spinks defeated Fox before, there is no disputing that. :shame:
