The end of an era

Post by SAV »

As we stated after week 20. we have accomplished everything we wanted to and everything from there on out was extra. it was too much for TJF to get up for these fights when he was sleeping in silk sheets everynight. Congratulations to Bob Foster and may he fight the best as TJF did.

Your fighter was on software enhancing steroids. Plain and simple, Archie Moore is the proof that you have ridden a wave of artificiallity never before known in SimLandia. Your record is good from a perceptions point of view and has caused a media frenzy but the "old school" knows the fix was in....and so did everyone on the east coast. At least The Great Collapzo achieved his greatness the old fashioned way. He earned his unparalled and unmatched undefeated season.

Let's see you say it,

TJF is a perfect sim reflection of his actual talents, and his record is a direct result of my masterful management.

If you can post that statement whilst sober, then you sir are as good a promoter as I am. And I will then grant that you deserve the legendary status that you seem to be insinuating you deserve.

I wouldn't worry about your legacy Sav, TJF will be remembered as an unstoppable beast in his prime (his first 21 fights)...

You could compare Fox's seemingly invincabilityt to that of Tyson in the last 1980s. :TU:

I remember reading that Nostradamus predicted "the fall of a great king"...
Perhaps he was referring to Fox.

These days nothing is a certainty...

However, I would not say that this is "the end of an era"...
I would say that it is the end of Fox's first title reign.

And I have a niggling feeling that we will see Fox at the top once again... :box:

Actually I would compare him more to Leon Spinks...

Beat a great champion, but is not a great champion himself. :shame:
