Interesting to note that on fightnews Marquez has apparently mentioned MALIGNAGGI as a possible opponent for a July fight.... most likely to be Diaz, but stange Malignaggi has been mentioned this week.

Mitchell can beat JMM in my opinion.

i have nothing against mitchell becoming a world champion. but it'd be nice to see him actually beat a world champion, in order to become one. that's why i'm glad the old marquez is keeping the title.

i wonder though, at some point will marquez dump the WBO belt and just defend the ring mag title, allowing mitchell in the back door.

mitchell-katsidis is a great elim, but not a great world title fight and i'm glad it will ONLY be an eliminator for marquez.
