Considering all he talks about is heavyweights he is in position to criticise anyone as its the worst division in living memory.
Clearly shows that he doent know what he talks about.
1: The british scene is not nearly as old as the current forum thats the only reason it doesnt have as many posts, if you look at posts per day the british scene leads,
2: The quality on the british scene is waaaay higher than the current forum, to speak in boxing terms, its a mismatch.

Hey now! If the Brits can have an Audley Harrison thread, we can have a Rob Calloway thread!Matchfixer wrote:Yes quality not quantity...
Thankfully the British scene does not have 10 threads per fight, a thread entitled "the new reggie strickland" or the infamous Rob Calloway thread!
Seriously - I got no problem at all with boxing fans from across the pond (with the exception of those deluded Mancunians who think Ricky Hatton is going to KO1 Kostya Tszyu).

There is no Audley thread about 18 pages and 600 posts long!El Brujo wrote:Hey now! If the Brits can have an Audley Harrison thread, we can have a Rob Calloway thread!Matchfixer wrote:Yes quality not quantity...

I haven't seen a comment about Hatton winning KO 1 - most Brits favour Tszyu I think.
Most of the Hatton fanatics tend to post their delusions at the Kostya Tszyu forum, although some troll did drop this turd over in the Current Scene.Matchfixer wrote:I haven't seen a comment about Hatton winning KO 1 - most Brits favour Tszyu I think.
And we've got got no problem with you guysEl Brujo wrote:Hey now! If the Brits can have an Audley Harrison thread, we can have a Rob Calloway thread!Matchfixer wrote:Yes quality not quantity...

This thread is just a wind up, I don't think the current scene is all that different, it just seems that outside of the heavyweights it's only really the elite world level fighters that ever get mentioned. But to be fair I suppose we don't have many elite world level british boxers to talk about

Started by me I'm afraid, from my airing cupboard in Scotland. Please note though, I only posted it on the current scene because I new british scene posters were of too high a calibour to find such riff raff nonsense amusing in the slightest
It does make for amusing reading - what a record!
