Good call from 'The Duke'.

By the way, BoxRec News looks a bit funny to me at the moment...if it does for you too, hopefully it'll be sorted soon.

Hate to say it..... but I think he will be back. I really hope not though, Earl has worried me for years.

Hopefully the last few years will have done him no extra lasting damage. He has looked on the way to being shot for a long time now.

Don't like the sound of "never say never" though.

Earl developed into a solid British Champion. A good career and a good call to retire. Best wishes for the future outside of the ring.

when a good fighter as graham earl dose make a decision to retire, this decision as you all probably know it was not taking lightly..

so i would like to wish graham all the best for the future and that he keeps himself very busy in other parts of the sport of boxing. as i sure he has alot to offer as a trainer and manager..

good luck fellow..

I dont know why he even considered fighting on anyway. Katsidis fight he was brave but got hammered and after the Khan fight he should have gone because that was awful to see a guy who had beaten Romanov take a such beating. To cap it all off he got hammered by Castle or someone like that he was called, so finally well done him for seeing sense.
