UK Heavyweights 12 months from now.

Post by D&G »

Using your Boxrec crystal ball tell me how the landscape will change in the next 12 months.

New School
Warmachine
Chisora
Dallas
Sexton
Pryce
Fury

Old Skool
Audley
Skelton
Sprott
Williams

Can just be 1 line, e.g British Champion - Stopped - English etc...

Post em up, if you want to - be nice!

This time next year
Harrison to be makin 3rd defence of euro title against a succession of outside bets , probable defences include vidoz , a shot skelton and a now mediocre looking fury having lost to mcdermott in may and a shock loss to larry olubamiwo , who was only meant to be a warm up for a shot at SEXTON who holds the british having beaten mcdermott in only his first defence having been out injured. Harrison will vacate the euro after this 3rd defence to take on new wbo champ Samuel peter as peters first defence , and audley gets kod in first and finally retires.
pryce still unbeaten with dave feguson the only descent name on his record

Sexton will get a suprise trip in defence of the commonwealth title in New Zealand and gets stopped in the 10th by Shane Cameron in a packed house thrilla. Sexton, seen as an easy mark from the Cameron camp in a comeback trail, suprises everyone by showing guts and flair before getting ground down by the Maori tough guy.

Fury will get another gift vs McDermott who will retire in disgust. A shame - I like big John. A good fighter and much maligned

Harrison will get his EBU title and a shot at the title vs Klitsckho who will stop Audley in 7 one sided rounds.

Warmachine will get outsmarted again by the end of the year but his win column will increase and should be looking for Southern area title action by then.

Nothing to suggest David Price will be beaten anytime soon but watch out as soon as he steps up - the cry of 'timberrrrrrr' will be heard far and wide.

Martin Rogan will campaign in the United States where his solid shamrock green credentials and rocky balboaesque fighting style will make him a fortune gain him a massive fan base of Irishmen real or imagined and get him a title shot - probably on St Patricks day in Boston or New York!

Would like to see David Hannah, Ian Lewison, Chris Burton make comebacks and keep busy.

Watching local St Helens heavyweight Rob Beech with great interest.

And last but nowhere near least, Howard Daley will keep busy and score a few good wins to keep himself in contention for a shot at the Central Area title where he will outgun Dave Howe in a thrilla and gain revenge from their previous encounter which was stopped far too prematurely. The Beat Contender to outgame the tall Howe inside 8 rounds.

Chisora - Going onto the world stage. British champion.
Dallas - Probably still unbeaten but only because hes still fighting at the lower level.
Sexton - Beaten again and lumbering around British level.
Pryce - Still hasn't been stepped up. Getting ready to challenge at British level.
Fury - beaten and back down to british level.

Old Skool
Audley - Retired after being KO'd again.
Skelton - Retired after being Kod.
Sprott - Journeyman on european circuit.
Williams - Still on the british scene
A fair assessment i think.

These guys sure need to start fighting each other, exciting bouts to be made. Could have a super six breed tourny with the new breeds. :TU:

All that said I think Price will do great and Larry will surprise a lot of peole, I think Sexton will also surprise some more people and that him and Chisora will be a contender for fight of the year!!

Good luck to them all is what I say!!
