Coverage of Haye Fight?

Anyone know if the David Haye fight is being shown at all this weekend?

I'd imagine they'll show his fight on Friday night on BBC1.

The programme starts at 23.30 and goes right through to 1am so they'll have easily time for some highlights even if Woods vs Hoye goes the distance.

Yes, definately. He'll be first in line after Woods fight, and since I'm afraid that fight will be quite short (

Have to admit, it's an inspired move by the Haye camp. On paper, a very winnable fight for Haye, seeing as Kelly looks a bit vunerable to big hitters. And that's one thing Haye can certainly do: HIT.

It'll be an impressive win if he gets it, and a passport to a world ranking in double quick time.

Mind you, not sure he wants to be in the top 15 with hardly any rounds behind him. But his whole career so far seems to be s**t of bust - should be fun while it lasts.

I think if you compare his record with Macarinelli's at this stage then Haye's is definately the more credible...Glenn Kelly may not be as solid as he once was but he was a recognised contender, should be more competetive than Rich LaMontagne anyway

Plus both have a loss on there record, Haye to a revitalised Carl Thompson and Macarinelli to Lee Swaby, Haye's record certainly stands up so far for me.

I hope Haye wins this but that will put him in a position when fighting the kind of people he needs to to get rounds will look like he is taking easy fights.

If he wins this I would hope to see him back in action fairly quickly against someone more durable like hobson, or prahaps even a light punching HW like Keith Long.

Wouldn't put him in with Long, he would maul him to death. Maybe Paul Bonson or even Rob Norton, or how about that guy that took Enzo the 12...Ismael Abdoul wasn't it? I agree he needs rounds.
