Is it?

When a fighter gets hit when they are down it is often mentioned in a thread about the fight. Not always, but often.

I am not actually that bothered by it. I am just responding to other posters' responses (although I did start it).

Hardly a "hit" was it?

It could be argued that a headclash knocked out Bell, surprised that point hasn't been raised instead, moot as it is.

Didn't think much of the 'tap' myself.

But, looking at the fight it could be said the headbutt contributed a little (although it was unintentional).

Sorry to rain on Gary's parade but i saw Bell out round town about 2 week ago, pissed as fornicate and puffing away like an old steam train!

So if you aint gonna train, you aint gonna win! So although Gary put him on his arse in under 3 minutes, i saw a double Sambucca do it way quicker!

I thought Davies was the best performance on the undercard. He looked totally psyched up when he entered the ring and just destroyed Bell. Exciting fighter. That division is looked great on the domestic scene.
