There is - possibly the first time ever a clash on UK TV for live USA boxing.
In a way its great to see..... but oh what a decision.
Live on Sky Sports we have a IBF Welterweight title fight between Andre Berto and Carlos Quintana a real world title fight.
Whilst at the same time for £6 primetime are offering Holyfield vs Botha!!!!
A word to Primetime, why don't they offer this fight as a "free trial" - the Froch fight is the week later, there have been lots of complaints (on here) about the feed quality of the Klitchsko bill..... might entice more customers to the more expensive Froch bill if you show the good service.
mmmm decisions decisions.
Re: mmmm decisions decisions.
How many times in British TV History have we had 4 live cards in the space of 2 days?
I direct you to the Updated TV schedule. There is live Eurosport Boxing and the Harrison vs Sprott 2 bill on Sky Sports.

I'm pretty sure there was a night in 2008 when Setanta showed Clinton Woods v Tarver and Sky had a Cotto fight live.stujones wrote:There is - possibly the first time ever a clash on UK TV for live USA boxing.

8th December 2007. Abraham v Elcock on Setanta, Khan v Earl on ITV, Duddy v Eastman on BBC Northern Ireland and Hatton v Mayweather on Sky Box Office. That was some night. Eurosport might have had a show that night as well, can't quite remember.stujones wrote:How many times in British TV History have we had 4 live cards in the space of 2 days?
