Apparently Dirrell slipped and Arthur knocked him out cold while he was down.

Dirrell slipped in the corner, Abraham hit him whilst on his knee. Dirrell IMO milked it as Arthur was starting to come on and had knocked him down in the previous round.

Dirrell was well ahead on the cards and Arthur only has himself to blame for it.

Dirrell was lucky, cause i could feel that KO come on and i could see Direll knew that he was worked out. Arthur went for the KO from the start like he did against Miranda in the 2nd bout, when Arthur knows he can KO he will try and KO you.

Direll boxed very well thou, stuck to the plan...i still hate his guts

Hahaha. He was that far ahead on points it wasn't funny, the only way he was getting knocked out was the way it happened. I always though AA was overrated, Dirrell exposed him for the limited fighter he is.

Its funn how all these world champs (AA AND Kess) have failed when forced to fight an up and comer. Makes you wonder how many other so called champs would loose if they fought a legit up and comer

So when do Ward and Dirrell become over rated and phonies for not fighting legit up and comers?

I don't think AA and Kess are overrated phonies, however I do think AA was overrated. My point is there are alot of dangerous fights out there for world champs but the way the sanctioning bodies work they rarely have to fight them. I as funny to see how 2 very respected World Champs were both beaten by these up and comers

I saw the fight, Dirrell took the easy way out and followed up with the worst acting performance ever seen....sure he was winning, but round 10 and 11 AA was building and the last 2 rounds were going to be interesting.
AA isn't the type of guy to sit back and hope the judges see it his way, and thats why some people are dirty on Dirrell.

IMO you have the hometown fight, you get the hometown victory......very sus this super 6.

I saw it to and can't agree. AA is a big hitter and hit him clean while he was on the floor. I don't think he was in any state to fight after that illegal blow.

I have since seen the punch and AA barely clipped him and Dirrell had a massively strange and delayed reaction. Yes he was down but Dirrell is still a cat.

Have you checked out the current scene threads??? There's Dirrell fans that were there present at the fight and claim he was faking.

And i don't agree that AA has been exposed, technically he deserved to be DQ but it's not his style to try and win illegitimately, he will bounce back quite strongly in the next round, and i hope we see this fight again with more neutral officials.

Dirrell's 'fight' with Stevens is the worst fight I have ever seen and it was in no way Stevens' fault.

They seem to be stacking up, I've only seen him fight Oganov,Froch and Abraham, there always seems to be controversy in his fights.

The guy actually showed in this fight he can stand in front for periods and entertain, although 90% of the punches hit AA arms it was still a fast paced and entertaining fight, unlike the hit, hold and run style he's given the fans, then ended it with that over the top dramatic performance.

everyone who calls AA a pretender fair enough thats your opinion but when you compare his opponents to 'The Man'. He becomes a hall of famer
