Im a big fan of Barker, i still believe that he would beat Maklin.

Barker is a good fighter, Macklin is also good, Mooresy not yet fought at the weight but should suit him given his struggles to make lt middle,exciting fights ahead for big titles.

How do you know how good or bad Jamie is going to be at middle? I think the weight will suit him better. I think he will beat Macklin for the European belt and he will definately go on to fight for a world title.

Well, Karmazin is due a shot at the IBF title first after winning an eliminator against Dio Miranda recently. Wouldn't be surprised to see Macklin - Lorenzo as an IBF Eliminator in May/early summer. Mundine will probably go the WBA route as he is their NO.1 Challenger so that rules him out I'd say. Sylvester is definitely right up Macklins street.

I picked moorsey although he hasn't boxed at the weight yet we all now how jamie fights an I think the extra 6 pound will make a massive difference an we will see a fresh new fighter come sat night. I didn't really notice hoe big he was up close how he used to make light middle puzzles me because he is massive testiment to how he lives for the game I think to shift the Amon of weight he does.

I think the vote swing will depend on his peformance on Saturday. I think a solid win will even it out - he has beaten Macklin before and I think we all want to see a rematch!

Possibly, but I think we all know Duddy is fairly limited..All the other names (Bar Elcock) are Top European/Fringe or World Class in the eyes of most and Lee is not really that visible in the UK.

I thought about responding in more detail, but calling me Lirva ia a bit low.I do not have RTE and am sure a majority on here do not. Duddy is limited and hopnestly I have not seen enough of Lee to say too much, but what I have seen is he is not a world class fighter,

Went for Macklin based on the fact that he's had impressive performances against better opposition than Barker. I hope they can get a good name for Macklin next; he's been very unlucky to have had two quality opponents already pull out on him in Pirog and Gevor.
