Not sure how far you want to go back and how much research you have time for but a piece on Dick and Jack Gutteridge would be certainly of interest to me and no doubt some of the other posters who are interested in British boxing history. It might not be to the taste of some of the 'if it ain't happening now, it ain't important' brigade, though.

Better known for their training and cornerwork than their fighting, the Gutteridge twins were regarded as masters of their trade back in the 1920s & 30s.
