the best I've sparred is that hassan ndam based in France he was really really good and darren Sutherland same wot happen had alot of skill an could hit abit too

Yeah sutherland would of been some fighter i have never seen a supermiddleweight as big as him he had shoulders that would put some heavyweights to shame. Good Luck tomorrow carl.

It will be sad if that happens because I feel we will then be fed bullsh*t opponents for Smith for spurious intercontinental belts and the British Super Middleweight Division is heating up nicely and for the purposes of the sport and some of the "rucks" that have happened on here - it will be good to see who is genuinally the best Super Middleweight outside of course Carl Froch.
