RESPECT TO JAMIE MOORE
We could all see he was out of sorts.In his interview he said he didnt get the respect he should,i would like him to know,hopefully from everyone on here(mostly knowledgable fans),we have every respect for him.Thanks for some great nights,a true British warrior

Anyone who knows boxing respects and admires Moore and what he has acheived: I am sure of that.
Sad to see Moore losing like that - just didnt look himself in there and was trying to force it, instead of his boxing flowing naturally as it usually does.
I hope he takes some time off, re-evaluates and decides what he wants to do next.
Whatever he decides to do, he has been a great servant to the sport and I have whole heartedly enjoyed all his fights - an extremely exciting and refreshingly honest and level headed champion.
Salford has a lot to be proud of in Jamie Moore.

he looked so slow like he was tredging through treacle :!:
he's boiled the life out of himself at l.middle i feel, he's seriously no way big enough for 12st.
he needs to stay out of the gym for over a good year,eat well re-charge phisically & mentally & then see where he can go.

Top fella and fighter and was devastated to see him lose like that tonight. Has many fans in Ireland and I hope he realises that. As Terry said, a good break is needed and whatever he decides to do with his career, he will have my utmost respect.

Well said - very telling that he said he might move up to SuperMiddle BEFORE this fight took place.
Did I read that or imagine it?
A nice rest and see what happens.
If you don't fight again then you have achieved a lot.
British/Commonwealth/European Champion - you have more respect amongst the British Boxing fans than a lot of the other champs we have had.
Have a break - you looked tired after 3 rounds - whatever you decide you have done very well in the sport.

If Jamie decides to call it a day, then fair enough. All I'll say is that whilst he may think he hasn't got the respect he deserves from the public at large, I think I speak for all fight fans when I say he's got plenty of respect from those of us who've followed him over the years.

I missed the fight because I didnt think it was going to be shown and I think Jamie had been struggling at light middle and the move up in weights hasnt worked out and unfortunatley I think retirement is the best thing coz he wont get near Barker or Macklin now.

Having been privilaged enought to watch Jamie Moore for the last 8 years, I can say that I've never had more respect for any other fighter than I have for Jamie.
Time and time again, he has produced amazing performances and given us all some epic title bouts.
British, Commonwealth and European champion @ Light Middle. The heart, soul and desire of a true champion.
Whatever Jamie decides to do next, I for one will certainly respect it. He's always been 100% honest in his interviews - a fact he proved again tonight.
Jamie, without exception, has been THE most exciting and entertaining fighter of recent years - consistantly fighting at a competitive level.
Cheers for everything Jamie.

jamie is a top lad i always thought he could win a world title at lightmiddle but middleweight is out of his depth, reading these posts i taken he has lost heavy, i gutted for him and olivier.

Jamie will do what he has to do - whether that go on or retire - up to him.
I just cannot speak more highly of the guy - he is just a top quality man who is honest and forthright - even after a loss he finds time to be humble and honest in an interview on TV.
Jamie you are a top fella - hold your head high pal !! - go on holiday with your brilliant family - dont rush any decision - you will do the right thing!!

I can honestly say that Jamie is the most honest, respectful to his oppenents (never excuse), true warrior i have ever known. Whatever you decide to do next you will always be remembered as a great fighter and a true warrior!

Hes been a real inspiration to me for years, even through my own ama and pro career. More respect for him then perhaps any fighter. Just didn't look right tonight Jamie. Maybe time to call it a day but trust me no-one will forget your fights with Jones, Macklin etc...

He just looked sluggish, Oliver did the right thing pulling him out in the corner - fought wrong fight but was not chewed up at all - just looked sluggish. Jamie has gave us some great viewing over the years but a time comes when the body doesn't respond like the mind wants it too. Its time to call it a day mate.

Jamie Moore is one of my favourite fighters and he was one of the reasons why I became a hardcore boxing fan. Tonight it was sad to see him going out like he did, but I would much rather talk about the great nights he gave us.
His 3rd fight with Jones was a great up and down battle and we can thank Dave Parris for getting this fight made! (he, in my opinion, wrongly disqualified Moore in their 2nd fight) The round were Moore was floored twice is a perfect example of the type of fighter he is - a warrior who when faced with adversity shows the heart of a lion and battles back with everything he has. This again was seen in his epic wars with Macklin and Rhodes, two of the best domestic fights of the last decade.
If he decides to retire then I wish him all the best, and I can proudly say that I got to see the man fight live once. The most exciting British fighter of the decade? In my opinion without a doubt.

Jamie has had a good career but unfortunately never got a shot at the World title which is a real shame.
No way would he do anything at Super Middle as even domestic level would be a push with the likes of Groves, Paul Smith and Degale so not sure what there is left for him if he still feels weak at Middle.

anyone who doesnt respect jamie isnt a proper fan and those people's opinions should not matter to him. the true british and irish boxing fans respect jamie moore. if that was his last fight id like to thank him for some thrilling nights and fights. the fights with michael jones , macklin and rhodes spring to mind. fantastic entertainment.

For me....This aint the end. Theres a twist in the story yet. And it aint just Salford to be proud - its the whole of the country and boxing community.
